Amy Brantley is the Chief Compliance Officer for Alternate Solutions Health Network. She is responsible for leading a comprehensive compliance program and department for the company and joint ventures. The scope of her oversight entails compliance and privacy policy and procedures, training and education, investigations, compliance audit/monitoring activities, exclusion checks, privacy breach investigations, tracking and reporting, Compliance Committee leadership, Board of Directors reporting and other matters that require the compliance department’s leadership, participation and support. With more than 20 years of legal experience and over 10 years of specialized Compliance and Privacy expertise, Amy’s first-hand work experiences, knowledge and best practices in the healthcare field help us to better serve our patients.

Amy holds certifications in Healthcare Compliance, Healthcare Privacy Compliance, National Employment Law and is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association, American Health Care Association and American Health Lawyers Association.
