Nate Mast serves Alternate Solutions Health Network as the Chief Operating Officer overseeing training and education, clinical program implementation, and supporting both central and field enablement of care delivery services. He brings 20+ years of healthcare experience designing and leading operations and strategy for both payor and provider organizations.

Nate has held senior executive positions leading national clinical and business operations within Post-Acute, Behavioral Health, and Acute-care organizations. He is focused on developing process standardization and a culture of excellence in employee experience and patient outcomes.

Nate holds both a Juris Doctorate and Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
