Robin Benoit is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Alternate Solutions Health Network responsible for all people functions. In her role, Robin is focused on the organization’s overarching human capital strategy and programs that support talent acquisition, employee retention, total rewards, talent development, and corporate culture. Robin is a seasoned HR executive with close to 20 years of experience across different areas of human resources that have all included a consistent focus on communications and change management to support employee engagement.

Prior to joining, Robin worked in a variety of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and insurance. She has her Masters of Business Administration from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rhode Island College.
